Marcia moved from Beeville, Tx to Austin to attend the University of Texas (Hook ‘em). She graduated with honors earning both her Bachelor and Master degree. She was a licensed residential sales agent for 12 years then further achieved a Broker designation and license and opened Millikin Properties in 2001. Whether buying or selling, regardless of price or area, she focuses on each client with the same enthusiasm and dedication they deserve. She strives to give clients personal one-on-one attention and is committed to maintaining her reputation for satisfied customers.
Marcia values the opportunity to help clients take the important step of buying or selling property and works in close, confidential, professional relationships with clients without them feeling any unwanted pressure. She has a detail-oriented work ethic and her clients have described her as honest, dependable, enthusiastic, calm, and caring.
Marcia has proven experience and success in assisting both Buyers and Sellers with a variety of types of property including homes, lofts, condos, town homes, lots, farm/ranch/acreage in Austin and surrounding areas. Relocation is one part of her work that she really enjoys. She provides a comprehensive guide to clients relocating to Austin and through those transactions and experiences has maintained lasting friendships with her clients. Marcia enjoys spending time with her two grown children and friends, volunteer work at Assistance League thrift shop, Operation School Bell, Dell Children’s Hospital toy cart, playing Pickleball, hiking, and walking trails around Austin. She is a member of NAR, TAR, Austin Board of Realtors, Highland Lakes Bd of Realtors, South Texas MLS, Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Assistance League, and a Texas Exes Life member.
